Default check engine light on. start problem. Need help

95 dodge intrepid es. 139,000M.

Check engine light is on, giving codes:
12: Problem with the battery connection. Direct battery input to controller disconnected within the last 50 ignition key-on cycles.
13: indicates a problem with the MAP sensor pneumatic system.
17: Engine is cold too long.
66: PCM is not receiving CCD bus signals.

Also when starting, I have to add some gas and keep it for a while, otherwise it will stop.

Cold start difficultly last winter.

Please give your advice. Any more detailed explanation/suggestion would be highly appreciated.
