Default Stumbles when cold

Well, I fixed the headlight problem I had, now I have a new one, Well here it is, about 6 months ago I had to replace my fuel pump. turns out 6 months later it blows, the mechanic told me seeing that we didn't clean the fuel tank out the first time all the crap in the tank had messed it up, well I replaced that one, anyway now that the fuel pump is in every time the engine is cold and I start it and drive off (or let it idle and rev it alittle) it starts to stumble untill the engine warms up. so I don't know what is wrong with it I dont know if it is the coolant temp sensor or what. but is there anyone that can help, or has the same problem and had it fixed? any suggestions?[:@]
