I made these mods to the GTS:
Stock 89 common block overbored .020 inches or .5 MM
Stock TII connecting rods resized with ARP rod bolts
.020 " over Mahle pistons for 2.5 conversion
2.5 cast crank with .010 mains and rods
ARP Main studs and Headbolts
Stock oversize bearings
782 crossdrilled head (original to car) with 3 angle valve job and clean up of ports
89 TII roller cam
new water pump
new oil pump
TII intake and exhaust manifolds
Upgraded the turbo to a Turbonetics Super60 with the .63 AR exhaust housing
slightly ported 2.5" swing valve
full 3" mandrel bent exhaust with Warlock muffler mounted in stock location
I have also installed all new brake lines with Stainless Steel braided flex lines from
www.fwdperformance.com to go along with the rear disc brake conversion. All rear brake parts and the proportioning valve are from a 91 Dodge Spirit ES and were a direct bolt on. I have also installed new ebrake cables (for the 91 ES also)
