We've all had good and bad experiences at dealers and their service departments.
What I did is create a map to put these places up and note your experiences with them, good or bad.
If the experience was good, use the male (blue marker). If the experience was bad, use the female (red marker).
Here is the link. Just go to it and near the upper right is a link to add a place.

I already added mine.

I don't drive a Dodge Ram... can I add mine? :D I'm gonna link this to OT too...
I'm adding several, as I have been to several buying 2 cars, and many others with friends and family...
BTW, this was a GREAT idea!
Make sure to add the name of the dealership and not your name guys!;) Make a fake email too, lol...
Added 5!
Tallahassee, Florida
West Palm Beach, Florida
LaBelle, Florida
Fort Myers, Florida
Holiday, Florida

Good job Cummingalong, this should get some attention, I'm sure it won't be long before the entire map is full.

If you're even in Shreveport, Louisiana, stay AWAY from Landers Dodge!!! I went to purchase a 1500 Ram, and they were difficult, until they finally agreed to the deal. One of the things the saleman kept asking me was about payments. He finally came up with the paperwork for me to sign when I noticed they changed the terms from 60 months to 72 months?!?!?! They tried to screw me out of almost $10k! then when I told them no deal, they took their time getting my check back to me trying to make another deal. I almost went ape $h1t in the show room.
Lessons learned: ALWAYS read your contract.
Because of that, I was about to swear off Dodge completely...luckily, I'm not in Louisiana anymore.
Oh, I tried to put it on the map, but didn't have any luck...

Hey guys,
Just make sure you put the dealer name in there and not your screen name. An address, if you can, would be great too!
Thanks!

I had the same problem with two chevy dealerships,, they kept asking what kind of monthly payments I wanted to make. Well heck, you can get a $250 monthly payment on $100,000 if you finance it for long enough, lol. A $30,000 truck would have cost me $$50,000 when it was all over, good thing I didn't do the deal.

Use the dealerships name as your user name... make some fake adsfhsdfjh@aol.com email address... enter the address of the dealership, enter a comment and it should work...

It's amazing how many bad experiences there are, I had a injector pump leaking and the first local dealer I called I got some tard on the phone that could not uderstand what part of the truck I was talking about.
needless to say they will never work on my truck.

That's the point of it.
Steer folks away from the tards and send them toward the good ones.
I'm more than willing to drive out of my way to a good dealer, rather than the local monkey dis-serivce station.

I'm the same way,
if more people did the same, the consumers of America would fare better in alot of situations.

When I punched in at work today my boss had posted the rankings for the highest customer satisfaction. Sterling Heights Dodge is in the top ten in the nation. I was quite suprised...

My dealer is OK, sometimes good, sometimes bad. If you fail to question a charge on your bill, they can mess you over. I question everything, and even bring print outs from the internet citing common problems. If you know what you are talking about, they tend to back down......

I've bought my past three Dodge's from Poway Dodge in San Diego California. I was so impressed with the service and sales department that I decided to go to work there. Check us out at www.powaycjd.com.

Taken my truck to only two Dodge locations; one in Fayetteville, NC and the other in Woodbridge, VA. At both locations the service waspretty good. Little better at the one in Woodbridge as the one in Fayetteville appeared to have some internal communications issues that slowed down their responsiveness. Customer service also better at the one in Woodbridge in terms of efficiancy; but as a caveat, the one in Fayetteville did put some effort in to make up for their initial poor service afterwards.
