My dealer is OK, sometimes good, sometimes bad.  If you fail to question a charge on your bill, they can mess you over.  I question everything, and even bring print outs from the internet citing common problems.  If you know what you are talking about, they tend to back down......

Taken my truck to only two Dodge locations; one in Fayetteville, NC and the other in Woodbridge, VA.  At both locations the service was pretty good.  Little better at the one in Woodbridge as the one in Fayetteville appeared to have some internal communications issues that slowed down their responsiveness.  Customer service also better at the one in Woodbridge in terms of efficiancy; but as a caveat, the one in Fayetteville did put some effort in to make up for their initial poor service afterwards.

Highest possible recommendation for Dave Burt Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Columbis, Indiana - for both sales and service.
