As for pricing, $3,000.00 for a engine/transmission combination is pretty average...the engine alone hould be costing around $2,000.00. The best place to look is on Ebay Motors and your local junk yard. And Kapitald, I would suggest the AEM UEGO gauge, but thats only because I like the idea of actaully being able to see my A/Fr's all the time, not just when I'm tuning...plus I've never heard anything bad about the AEM.

That turbo kit has not been released yet. The preliminary launch date was originally June, 2007, however, they are still in the testing phase for the kit. So with that time table, I highly doubt they will meet the June release date...plus, PTP has been much more active with SRT-4 products since there is a larger market.

Crazy question. I just installed the Hahn Racecraft stage 2 Turbo kit with the Portfueler. Everthing is in except for the Walboro fuel pump. The turbo is currently pushing 6 psi, according to Hahn the stage 2 kit should push 8 to 10 psi. Do you think that the fuel pump could have something to do with it?

Does anyone know how the 2.0 tubo at aobut 10psi will compare to the 2.4 on stock boost, i mean 1/4 mile times? On average, a 2.0L with a RRFPR/Return Line fuel setup and stock internals at 10psi on a TD04 turbocharger will yield roughly 220whp/240wtq...or basically the same numbers as a stock SRT-4 which boosts to 14-15psi and holds at 11psi (generally speaking). With this setup you should expect low 14's (high 13's possible), however, you have different length axle shafts and no LSD, which gives you a definite traction disadvantage. A stock SRT-4 can usually hit mid to high 13's in comparion. If you had wider tires, LSD, solid motor mounts, traction bar, 7"-8" wide tires, and a few other mods you should be able to keep up with a stock SRT-4.

03neonRT, or anyone: Hey man, can you e-mail me the excel sheet of all the parts you have listed for the srt-4 turbo setup on the neons. I need alittle help on how I am going to do the fuel managment. I have my turbo/manifold, intercooler, 02 housing, mopar bov plate. I am about to start on all my piping but I need to know some input from you guys on what I should do for fuel managment. All i plan on doing is just getting my car to what the stock srt-4 can pull (around 225hp/ 225tq is my goal). What all do I need for the simple fuel managment setup? I was thinking about going the megasquirt route, but, I don't have anyone nearby to help on the tuning. I plan on getting stock srt injectors. So any help? Also, another question. Does the stock srt-4 turbo need the coolant line hook ups or can you just run oil cooled?

The Chill Factory RRFPR is no longer made in "bulk" but IIRC you can still get them through the orignal owner of Chill Factory...I just dont remember how you contact him . The return line can be found for $230 shipped from "AaronNeon" over on SRT Forums or you can DIY a return line using the Spoolboy mod. As for other RRFPR's, the Vortech and BEGI will run around $250-300 brand new, but they (along with the Chill Factory) can be found used on various forums and occasionally on Ebay for cheaper.
