So, I see that a lot of us are getting the Mopar stg. 1 springs lately and it has me wondering..... What do the stg. 1 springs offer that the other companies, such as Hotchkis & Eibach, don't? The main driving force behind my question is the price... Mama Mopar seems to be charging an awful lot, and not just for the springs, but for the strut/sway bars as well.... Is Mama Mopar slightly greedy? Or are the prices justified? I know they are quality parts, and if I had the dough it wouldn't be a question at all. But when you're ballin on a budget you have to ask these questions.... Any thoughts?

No doubt, I bought the DC strut bars as well... Where did you order your springs from? I'm not sure if they drop the car enough... What do you think?

I ordered them from my dealership .if you like i'll check to see if there still the same price. the springs lowered my car 1.5 in front and 1.0 in the rear.

I appreciate the offer, but I will have to think about it. I would prefer a set that would eliminate some of the rake, not add more.... I may still be in touch with you though... Thanks again!

They don't add more rake.

But either way, it sounds like you want something lower... They're the least drop with springs, but it's a trade off for strut life and ride quality.

And that is the battle I am facing... So with 1.5 in the front & 1 in the back, it doesn't add more rake? How does that work?

Mine lowered more like 1.25 front 1.5 rear. There's still rake but less, and the car is lower of course and looks much better. Our cars are pretty ridiculous stock when you stop and really look at them.

Looks damn good! I agree about the stock height, rather rediculous... Are your Kazerras 17's? If so, what size rubber do you have on there?
