I am missing something? First I posted for those who would appreciate a little video and some pics. I have no intention of bragging about speeds and times. I think it's great that my wife is running her Daytona against a pro tree on a Wednesday night while I get to run next to her with my car. So anyway... do I need to start another post as a read only file.
So here is another post of a modified car running super hero fast and a 4000lbs sled with a 475hp (I'm sure it was dyno'd and these numbers are not just another guess). Please oh Please shed some light on us less fortunite wanna be drag race professionals. How do you do it? I don't know, Hum, green light, foot on gas, hold steering wheel straight. I know I need to learn how to drive but is it that hard.

and if mopar mike is sooo cool and gets his suppercharger then i will just have to get out my wifes car which is twice as fast as any charger by far it would beat any charger in the 1/4 mile by at least 4 cars soooooo good day

OK everyone, it's story time. Close you eyes and imagine...4th grade recess, downtown Chicago.
I don't care what you and Tommy say. My soap box racer is faster than yours. Not uuhh, my daddy and mommy paid for mine and they bought ball bearings. Oh yeah, well...well... I just added flames to mine which is worth 5 mph more. And I just finished painting my wheels silver. We'll just see, you and me with our soapbox racers, behind the school...
Oh yeah, one more thing.

WOW!!! You are a tough guy. Remember you came and posted on my topic. Don't go and get your feelings hurt. If your 39 than you should be man enough to take some humor. I've heard enough in my life. One more upset person isn't going to put me over the edge. Now really, I spent over $20k+ on a restoration for a car. Now $20k can easily build a sub 10sec. car but I choose not to. I've been there, done that. I raced stock cars for years. Talk about a waste of money. I spent $80k in one year racing my car. Check it out. I posted in a effort to talk to the people on this forum (to which I respect) and have a good time with these cars. If you can't appreciate what's going on here, then that's to bad. There is no need or room for bitter people. I know these cars run 14.1 stock. Sure, at sea level on a cold day. But my wife having a good time at the track, I don't care if it takes her all day to get to the end of the track. Sure, once you add parts, there is room for bragging. I'm cool with that. But lets not put people down, lets all have a good time, share our experiences. Shoot, I'd like to know what makes you cars so fast and what makes mapsons car faster that normal.
