IslandCharger, There are other sources that indicate the R/T is NOT the Daytona. I know there is alot of misinformation, and several posters have believed hearsay, however, the Daytona model has 10 more HP than the standard Charger R/T. The Dodge.com also lists the Daytona as having 10 more HP on the site in other places. Still, not a believer? Ok. According to Dodge, the reason it has 10 more HP is because of the exhaust system. They exhaust system in the Daytona is different than the exhaust system in the R/T, allowing the Daytona to breathe better, allowing more HP. Go to a dealership and order a R/T exhaust, the assembly # is 4581868AI for $590. The Daytona exhuast is assembly # 4578392AD for $740. Also, a poster stated (I'll get the name and let you know, they have the R/T) stated they cut off the resonator and put a light to the end... they could not see the light. In the Daytona, I could even see the bulb. The Daytona's exhaust is more open, allows more flow, and gives the Daytona, just like Dodge says, 10 more HP. [;)] MN
