Default headlight replacement

Today i bought some new brighter headlights for my 2000 dakota. However i am having trouble getting the older lights out. I can get the wire harness off the light, but the light itself will not move. I have tried turning it both ways and pulling on it and it won't budge. Any info on how to get this out will be great.
Thanks
Woody

titan2087 those head lights look nice what kind of lighting affect do they give with the diamond pattern being nice and clear they look like they would give a nice clean wide pattern, I just installed some Silverstars and they are nice and bright but I don't care that much for the stock assembly compaired to those you are looking at getting.
