Default Login issues

Sometimes, mostly in the afternoons, when I log in to DF, I get the "Login Successful" message, but when I get to the forum I want to be in, I am suddenly "Guest" again and have to log in again. This can happen several times in a row, then suddenly it will work and I am logged in as me. Also, sometime it appears that I am logged in OK, but when I go to either compose a new thread, or reply to a thread, I am suddenly guest again and have to log in all over again. Anyone else see this? Any ideas?

Yep, happens to me sometimes too. I just deal with it.

Also, sometimes it takes forever for a page to load, so I hit stop and then refresh and it loads right up. Don't know why but it does.

I have recently been having this issue as well. Tonight while trying to edit my sig and struggling to not go over the 255 max (not enough IMHO) my second attempt told me i was lacking permission cause it logged me out.

It's actually just a conspiracy by Microsoft. You see, they built into XP for it to mess everything up after a certain day, which was originally supposed to go into effect just before release of their new OS so that everyone would buy that. But, since the shipment of Vista was delayed because of development problems, these problems are arising a little early.

Ok, not really. I've run into little things too, IIRC, this was discussed before, and its the server. Eh.. computers...
