I see all the cold air intakes say for manual only. What is the different between the manual and automatic from what i have seen there is none. Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure there isnt any difference...at least no difference that would relate to where the Cold Air Intake would fit.

Well, the Iceman in particular will not physically fit with the automatic. This is because the intake tube goes too far down and needs to be cut down a bit to fit with an automatic. As for the others? I do not have first hand experience with any others.

sadly the iceman isnt produced anymore. All the main brands will fit all tranny types (aka AEM and K&N)

But those aren't true CAI's! The iceman which was the only true CAI offered for the 1st gen, besides the early version of the AEM one, fits but does need to be cut because of the tranny as mentioned.
