hi there ive read the post by dodgegirl thanks for that works great.(hey if you ever get divorced im available) but has anybody tested out different variations like ive done it like dodge girl said key to on depress peddle down then back up.but are there any variations that anyone has tried that works better then another like fast have way the slowly the secnd half down etc .just wondering

Many have tried different variations: stomp it down fast, slow and inbetween. Some report good effects with each. One person tried each while monitoring w/a starscan, they didn't see any signal difference at all... go figure.

It may be perseption and the throttle position being moved in relation to pedal travel.

I tried moving the pedals as close to the firewall as possible first, calibrating the pedals and then moving them back to normal. Seemed to make a difference. I just thought about doing the same thing but not letting the pedal come all the way back up. Haven't had time to do this though. My theory is that you are setting the upper and lower electrical limits of pedal travel and Hal calculates throttle position as a percentage of these. The closer the limits, the quicker the response.

It's worth a try and doesn't cost anything.
