Default CONVERSION QUESTION!! plz looky

hello,

im soon gonna buy a 96 dodge avenger, now my quistion is.. can a mitsu 3000gt engine fit inside of an avenger? would it be a hard conversion or impossible?

Let me check the mounting setup from the avenger VS the v6 block in the LM stealth.

ok..i checked the mounting areas of the V6 avenger compared to the V6 stealth,which would be the same as the 3000gt. while the mounts themselves probably arent interchangable,the mount locations are very similar,if not the same. by the way,i compared the 2.5NA avengerto the stealth turbo.

but dont forget, like i said, the mounting points are very similar, but may not be exactly the same. but with a mig welder, you could put a cummins in that car. good luck, and keep us posted on any moves you decide to make! it sounds like a very interesting project!

Isn't the trans on the Avenger on the Drivers side?

I owned an Avenger I do not think a TT 6g72(3000gt/Stealth engine) will fit.
