Who knows how to Reseting the Tire Pressure System
Ok, Two weeks ago I had a screw stuck in my right back tire, and my tire pressure read 27 so I put some air in the tire until I could get it serviced. Then LAST week another screw, only in the left back tire this time. Cost me another 20 something dollars to get it plugged. Guys at the dealership told me that the Check TPM system alert should go off after 50 miles or so, it didn't. I looked in the book and it said leave the car at 0 miles for a minimum of 30minutes, and then drive for 15 mph or 15 minutes to reset this ERROR message. Nothing happened, does anyone have any solutions, because i'm tire of seeing the tire diagram on the dash and the error message is bothering me. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Good advice to take it to the dealer, but sometimes it is a huge hassle to make an appointment, then drop it off, and wait all day and get a ride back to pick it up for just a reset.
I don't know much about the Caliber yet, but I would guess that if you disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes and then connect it back, it will probably reset those kind of things. I know on my Dodge Truck that works, or I remove the PCM fuse and turn the key and it resets the computer.
Look on some other forums, This forum does not have a lot technical information on things like that.

Are you driving through a construction zone or something.... How are you running over so many screws.... I had some bad luck last week. Rock flew up in the air on the highway and put a tiny chip in my wind shield. Insuranse covers the repair of those though.

Here's an update: I took it to the dealer and they couldn't reset it. He said he had to put some code in it, so they had to keep it over night. Well that didn't work so he had to order another part for it. I go in today for the replacement. I want something else. I've been into the dealer for something different once or twice every month since i've had my caliber, that is really annoying. I wonder if they'll switch out for a Magnum or Charger?
