Default running hot

I need some help guys. I have a 00 dak slt. It has been running hot for about a month now. I changed the thermostat, which was stuck, and have flushed the radiator but I am still running hot. The new t-stat I put in was a 180 deg. I have no bubbles in my resivour so I don't think it's a bad or cracked head. I never let it get so hot that it over heats. I will stop and shut down the engine if it reaches 240 deg.
