Default window/lock Master control switch

Do you have to take the door panel off on a 2000 D to take out the the master switch for the window/locks or does it pull out?

The lights flickered and went out on it with none of the switches working and all my windows are down. The lock doesn't work but works on the passenger door but that passenger window switch doesn't work. The window switches in the back don't work either. Sounds like it's the master window control switch since the fuse is okay and passenger door lock switch works? I just wanted to make sure i didn't break anything further before completly pull the switch out without the panel off.
