well ive taken off windshield wipers on my other car before. but i dont want to F up on the durango. never tried. i take out the cap. then bolt and tried to pull it off and move it around, doesnt seem to work. is there somethign else i need to do. the problem is that one of the wiper is off its alighment. good \ \ bad (mine) | \ hope this basic diagram helps.

get a hammer or any thing with a claw, put it under it an pull it straight up, becareful not to hit the window but the whiper arms have lil teeth in it like a gear, keeps it from slipping but also makes it a pain in the ass to get off, you've got the nuts off just get a hammer an pull straight out
