Since u checked the speedsensor in the rear end, your abs sensor maybe going bad, or a wire is loose on it, go around check all the sensors an go buy some electrode cleaner, it cleans grime an buildup off of the inserts. Try that an if it doesnt work your speedsensor might be getting ready to go bad, even though u did check it, ya never know.. also sometimes it's best to just bite the bullet an take it to the dealer, trust me i'v had to do it many of time's an i want to do anything an every thing my self..

It could also be the control module up on you drivers fender well. The cylinders that work your ABS are hooked to them by couple of wires. Another website forum (Dakota but pretty much same info for both) said they were being replaced at dealer for $200'ish for module alone. But if you buy it the dealer has to reprogram it (dunno how true that is).

That thread, most people who had the symptons the sensor didnt fix problem. You'll know when that sensor goes out as your speedo doesn't work until 30mph. My brothers D just did this and we replaced sensor 2 days ago. OPS check good! My D those lights comes on every now and then. Doesnt really bother me.

If you really want to read thru 8 pages of threads: http://www.dodgedakotas.com/boards/dea/168-1.html

Have your brake fluid changed out. You might have a guming or air bubble problem.

The manufacturer say's you should have the fluid changed out every 60K. The seals can rot or bad gumming can build up in the lines from hot calipers.
