simple, lift truck up on jacks. support frame rails with jack stands. put jack under meatball of differential, and lift slightly to release tension. carefully unbolt shakles and lower meatball. replace shakles and reinstall. most of the time you ruin the bolts so before starting get new bolts. also your shakles should come with instuctions. if you think its to difficult bring it to a shop. they should only charge about 100.00 to install.

Which holes do I use for the 1.75 drop as opposed to the 1.25 drop? I didn't get instructions but I know can do it. I called the seller for instructions and he said "We recommend having it professionally installed, if you need instructions you shouldn't do it". Thanks guy.

I did this change and used the 1.25 drop hole or the middle hole on shackle. I checked it before and after installation, it dropped the backend at my hitch exactly 1½ inches. Make sure you block the front wheels, before you start lifting the backend just to be safe. Also you need to re-torque all the bolts to 120 ft lbs. good luck

It's really really easy to do though...just like superdak05 said

These are instructions for a F-150, but hopefully they'll give you a good visual:
