nice pics. Was wondering one thing. Did u just hand tighten the front and rear STB with a socket wrench or did u torque everything to the spec u got from DC Sports? Just wondering cuz i just put mine in. Thanks for the help and once again nice pics. Also I see u have the same greddy catch can and i hook mine up to the left side pcv valve and ran the other end into the intake manifold per what modern performance told me instead of between the CAI and pcv valve. Did they tell me wrong and i should change it?

Mega,

Nice pics, Dude!!! I really dig ya setup. Question: Did ya SRT came with the red valve cover? or did u purchase?

Unit,

I have the same hook up as, Mega. I dont why Modern told you to hook up like they said. may want to look at that again.[&:] Dude, did u hook up ya O2 sensor wire on ya Apexi TT? if, so which wire and the location of the splice? I use the manual mode for my cool down.
Peace

nah the powder coated valve cover is an add on....the only bling peice i gave in and bought.[8D] but it does make the engine bay more outstanding. i picked up mine a modern performance, but be sure you get the '04 one due to the changes in the pvc valve set up, the 03's were push on, and the 04's are screw on. but if you want you can find an after market adapter. thanks for the kind words everyone. hopefully soon i'll be able to post a few more "interesting pics".

Modern Performance has told you right. I have an OCC on both and I have gotten 10 times more oil in my PCV OCC than I have in my CAI OCC. I have just a slight amount in the one on my CAI and it took a couple weeks to even get that, but the one on the PCV had more in it after 2 days than the other in 3 weeks.

roach & mega:

FYI:You guys might want to either T the PCV into your existing OCC or get another for your PCV line, because your not getting the oil that is going straight into your intake manifold. After a while it's gonna start gunking up your intake, if it hasn't already, and getting all over your intake valves and start to foul out your sparkplugs too. Due to the location and angle of the throttle body, this oil can also run down into and past the throttle body and also get into the intercooler. Just get the $20 OCC and hook it up like dusty and I have it or like SRTUNIT has his, you will flip out when you see how much oil is getting into all of these places.[sm=smiley2.gif]
