Default weather stripping nicks

My 04 doors were tearing at the forward outer weather stripping when they were opened fully. This happened with my other 04 Hemi as well. Dodge has a replacement strip that fixes this problem and I've had them replaced today under warranty. They look excellent. These new strips might be 05's but I'm not sure. Hope this helps anyone!

Nope, 05s did not have them as my 05 Ram had the issue. I to took it in to be fixed. Replaced with the new design no questions asked. This is one of the first things I will do with my 04 SRT when I pick it up tomorrow. Take it to get the new seals. Also gives me a good chance to have any other recalls done. Were there any recalls on a 04 SRT?

I asked and they told me no. Mine had sticker under the hood for the CPU being flashed but it was for a check engine light. They should have recalled for those pesky tire problems. Mine has both rears out of round. The force balancing helped. I got a deer in the headlights look when I mentioned replacing them under warranty.
