Looks like I'm too late to get in on this one but for all noise complaints
I use a stethoscope and probe everything until you get to the loudest spot. It works for anything...bad diff-wheel bearings or hub bearing-alternator-p/s pump, a/c comp., trans, etc... If you would have used it at first you would have heard it was loudest at the waterpump.

And we are not stealerships its a DEALERSHIP. They sell and repair cars. They are not trying to steal from you. Cars break down, just like tvs, microwaves and anything else. My only concern is the price Chrysler list for some of their parts?

Does anyone know of a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep forum similar to this but only posts and replies can be made by real dealership techs?
