I need help finding someone at Dodge to talk to. I have the 2005 Mangnum RT that had the accelerator problem and I ally need to talk to someone at Dodge (other than the 800 customer support line) that can help me with the situation. If i continue through the standard channels, i will spend 2 months getting this resolved. I was told today by the dealer that they could see about arranging getting me a new car instead of the repair. Sounds good, but i think it will take a lot of wasted time on my part to get to this point.

Basically, i just need someone in a management position at Dodge to talk to. The adjusters report said "The accelerator of the car was depressed while the car was engaged in reverse. The engine provided no throttle response until nearly to the floor. Once the throttle responded, the car accelerated in reverse at an extreme rapid pace. This appears to be a major malfunction of the throttle system of the car."

If anyone has a phone number or knows anyone i can talk to, i would appreciate it.

Chrysler people act like they are all top secret. They won't tell you anyones phone number. I've never seen anything like it.

I had to threaten to go to my local TV channel help line before someone from administration would call me.

Just keep after your dealer and threaten them if no one calls you.

When they do nothing will show up on your caller I.D. Unreal!!
