Default How do I stop my TPS light from flashing? after installing 20 in rims

Help, I recently installed 20in rims with 255/45-20's on my Magnum. Ever since then my TPS light has been flashung on my dash. I bought the FlashPaq Power Programmer which allows you to change tire sizes which will adjust the speedo. Thought that would stop the TPS problem, but it didn't. I have tried a few different diameters which I thought were the right ones. I found on a tire size chart that this size rim/tire combo is 29.03 overall diameter. Had that on and no luck. Ayone else with this problem? If so any suggestions to keep the TPS light from flashing without dismantling it. Also if you have a programmer what size did you put in to stop the light,Did it work? PLEASE HELP!

Did you at anytime have different size tires on the car at the same time? The car can't tell how fast it's going, but it can sense one wheel turing faster or slower than another. If not then you either damaged a wheel sensor or the programmer did something. Put the original wheels/tires back on and get the computer reset, then try again.

I went from factory wheels to 255/45/R20 then up to 265/35/R22 and then back down to 255/45/R20's and as far as i know i did'nt have to do any progamming changes.
...as far as i remember anyways.
Good luck with that.

The OEM rims have Tire Pressure Sensors in the vlave stems. You need to move the original valve stems to your 20's, if they will fit. There is no way to disable the light. This is a late 05 and 06 issue. The older Magnums do not have the sensors.
