Default wiring question

Ok, my name's Geoff, and my friend just bought a 2004 dodge intrepid... I had a couple questions about wiring in the car, first one is, for installing a stereo, is there already a hole in the firewall to run wires? or will we need to drill one. Also, with the headlights, does anyone know if they're run off a positive switching system, or is it a ground switchin system? Any info would be great. Thanks again everyone.

Default RE: wiring question

It's a positive switch on the lights and as far as a power wire from the engine through the firewall, just cut the gromet for the throttle cable.
