Default Supercharger Question - Magnum RT

My cousin has an 05 Magnum RT and will be installing a supercharger. He has no idea which is best. All I can find is the one from GS Motorsports/Paxton. Is this the only one? If not, is it the best? He is planning on spending about $6k or so. Thanks for the help!

This is the only one I have found so far. I saw the have a SRT Killer Kit, which is around 6gs, that will push him up over 500hp.

Default RE: Supercharger Question - Magnum RT

Yup, at this point GSM is the only show in town...and there are some "issues" with that kind of pressure on the 5.7 and it's pistons/rings. Also fuel control has shown to be an issue as well. I have seen a couple of companies making turbo setups and thye hope to have products to market later this year.

As far as upgrades, there are tuners(best bang for the buck today), CNC heads/intakes, soon to be new cams, headers, CAI..that is pretty much most of it. The downside is the cost as the makers of this equipment are pretty much first to market, they can charge that way as well...
