REcently when parking I pulled too far forward over the concrete block in front of the parking spot. I didnt really hear anything scrape or notice, but when i backed out the front facia and bumper got caught, and got pulled up towards the grille.. It doesnt look bent or anything, but now there is a noticeable gap between the front facia oand bumper on the sides of the truck. This happen to anyone else? Im thinking that it just got pulled up and I may be able to fix it by lossening the facia and re-positioning it, but the manual I have doesnt have very good info when it comes to body work. Anyone got any advice?

I have had to mess with my bumper lots since I got her repainted, although adjusting the bumper is NOT as easy as they books make it sound... I HIGHLY recommend you have one or two firneds help, each hols one side of the bumper... adjust it to where you like, get under and tighten all the bolts at once... doing it by the book, loosening one saide adjusting it a little... blah blah blah... it makes the other side fluctuate... it's impossible to get it alone. LOL!

There should be visible bolts that are holding the bumper one, those need to be loosened and adjusted...

I hope that's the only problem... those damn concrete blocks...Angry

yeah, with the bumpers Dodge used on thier trucks its next to impossible to get them to look right again!

I just got done with a 3 month ordeal with a body shop over this topic...they went through so many combos of parts and it is still a little off!!

I see more Rams and Daks with messed up front bumpers than I do with good bumpers!!
