I have a 91 stealth with a 5 speed trans. Trans is bad and I found a 93, book says it wont wwork. Can any one tell me what is different and can it be adjusted to fit? Thanks

To my limited knowledge, it will work...but, somewhere around that time frame they changed the half shafts a little bit...you may need to replace the halfshafts (cv axles)...if I recall correctly, the diameter of the splined shaft going to the transaxle is a little larger on the new(er) trannies, but physically, the tranny will bolt in fine.

are you AWD or FWD?

If your AWD, the connection to the transfer case changed in late 92 froma 18 spline shaft to a 25 spline shaft.
