Default Connecting OBD to DRB III

The AutoXray EZ-Read 2000 scan tool can be used to connect to the DRB III port under the steering column. You must make up 3 jumpers to go from the LH connector under the dash to the Chrysler AutoXray connector cable. Hope this helps others. Unfortunately, I still couldn't get a breakdown of whether code 66 was a problem communicating with the PCM or the BCM. I guess it is just the OBD II that use the four digit codes listed in the Haynes manual.
