I was thinking about beefing up my truck. I asked a buddy that owns a 99' Dakota what he did to his truck to make it faster and this is what he did.

v-chip, RT throttle body - dual hole, 3" exhaust pipes + vortex exhaust & air-intake system.

But I'm wondering what this will do to the mileage and other aspects of the truck? To get more then the current 170HP that I have, what is the best and cheapest way of doing this all the while without killing my trucks warranty. "i.e. no turbo etc."

BTW how much would this run me about per part?

Thanks!
