A friend had Goodyears on his and had 3 out of round from new. I didnt have a real problem with the stock Contis (not greatest, but not the worst), but just put a new set of 235/55 Bridgestones and its a world of difference.

I did the tire rack compare thing and the goodyears are on paper a much better tire. I always had two sets on tires for all my cars. The tire last three times as long when you dont run them year round.

I put the Goodyears on mine, night and day difference from the continentals, they have much better traction in all conditions and the ride is a little nicer with them.

i also run different tires and wheels in winter and summer. I have the Coddington/Coys with the Bridgestones, OEM RT wheels with 2 sets of Contis for using in the winter. 2 sets should last me 5 or 6 years. Hopefully my nice ones last as long.
