Because the one I originally linked didnt flash. You can make yours a flashing one by changing the 4 to a 5. Look below to understand what I mean.

change the 4 to a 5 and you should get this

that will give you the flashing ram logo and the dakota/viper picture.

came into touch with a few old school friends. There is a huge variety of people age 21 - 60's. I just don't allow people under age request to be my friend! Stays simple and still see my old buddies!
