I recieved my rotors today. I bought a complete 4 rotor set for my 02 R/T. They were $121 dollars and were shipped to my house from California for around $38. I spent like $161 total on these.
They are GripForce F1 Rotors and they offer these on eBaY!
They are zinc plated and are hopefully going on the car this weekend weather permitting.
As far as functionability, they are great, not that I notice how hot my brakes get or anything, but I can stop reasonably well, and I don't have any brake dust on my wheels. I am using raebestos ceramic pads. My only gripe is that the metal seems to be oxidizing at a faster then normal rate. Maybe this is because I drive everyday in Michigan. When the roads clear up a little, I am going to see if it is just salt on them or if they are already starting to rust, I have only had them on for about 6 months.

What's the amount of driving you do per day? How much are you traveling in snow? I know that constant exposure to any snow/salt mixture can cause rust to form. How often are you washing your car?
I've used drilled/slotted rotors before, and I've never had any real issues with them. Least not from rusting or from warping. My issues have always been dealing with idiot shippers
For the most part, I avoid recommending drilled rotors. They have the problem of forming cracks starting at the holes. If you do any running on the track you are quick to notice this problem, and end up pulling them before they self destruct on you.
Slotted doesn’t seem to present this problem nearly as much.
You will see drilled rotors on professional race cars, but you need to keep in mind they are used for one or two races then tossed.

indeed, vince is correct...drilled rotors will gradually "go bad", by developing hair line cracks from the drilling holes out...however, under normal circumstances and driving, the wear and tear on them is not considerable, and i have seen people who have had no problem with them...but i have indeed seen a set that had the slight cracks from the holes...but we are talking TINY cracks..
he is correct, but considering the cost of OEM rotors compared to the rotors that DR got...75 a piece or 150 shipped for all four? i will take my chances, but hold onto my stock rotors, just in case...
I priced rotors on most sites for the OEM style, and I was getting $69-75 a pop. Autozone had the cheapo crap rotors for like $40. I got the entire set for $121 plus shipping for a whopping $160 delivered to my house.
I dont visit the track all that much, and if I did, we're talkin for the most part a stock ride doing general quarter mile runs. That wont tear my rotors up much at all. My car isnt the kind I would want to take to the track. It will indeed see the track this year for like 2-3 1/4 mile runs to get a time out of my car....
Again, if you are a daily driver and just general driving, this was a great deal.
