Default 2.5" or 3"

I'm ready to order some stuff for my truck, and what I'm mainly ordering is exhaust components and an amplifier.

What I want to know is should I go 2.5" or 3" for my exhaust setup?

I'm going to be doing a true dual exhaust setup with I plan on Flowaster 40's on it... and preferred 3" piping unless someone can tell me otherwise why not..

duals using 2.5", catless, if you can get away with it. If you can't get away with completely removing your cat, then I'd recommend doing a 3" pipe and doing a dual exit exhaust. I've seen both applied with pleasing results.

Hey, is it Rory I think, I had pm'd you asking if you had any pictures of the underneath of ur Dak. did you get that PM? And if not is there a way to get some pics of that? Cuz I am very interested in seeing what you did.

I'm not a big truck guy, I mainly live for cars... so all this trans. crossmember/Xpipe stuff means nothing to me. Just so y'all know why im ignorant of what you mean.
