my church friend bought her boyfriend a greddy turbo timer for his srt4. but he didnt want it so she just gave it too me!! =]


newb question but....ima ask anyways

wat does the greddy turbo timer do anyways? what does it do to my car?

It keeps your engine idling after you turn off the car. You can preset the time, or have the timer calculate an appropriate time for you, based on your RPMs, engine temp, etc. This idling time allows your turbo enough time to cool down and clear out oil (I'm pretty sure about that, but don't quote me). Anyways, it's like a BOV, just a preventative mod that will lengthen the life of your turbo.
