Has anyone had issues with "jerky" windshield wipers on 97-on Dakotas and/or Durangos? The wipers on my wife's 03 Durango tend to stop in several spots as they travel across the windshield. It does it mostly in intermittent, sometimes in low and high. I've swapped wiper relays and it doesn't seem to have helped.
