Default Transmission Issue

16K down the road. Beast in dealers hands for one week of service & detailing while I'm away in CA..... I get call that during the detailing job it's discovered that two seals linked to the transmission have left the vehicle with nearly no transmission fluid..... and part is not in stock. Has anyone else had such a problem? If not - watch out! It may be a problem worth looking out for.....
