Default adjusting rear drums?

how do you do this? ive only done it on F150s and dont know if it is any different.

At the bottom of each backing plate is a rubber plug. Pull them out and use a small scredriver to spin the adjuster.

You can also get a brake tool kit. I picked one up years ago, makes working on brakes much easier. Has a combination tool that is used to remove and install all the springs in the drum, another tool to remove that pesky retainer spring, and a small crowbar looking one that is used to adjust the brakes from the access port. It is curved just right to make short work of it, although a screwdriver will work in a pinch.
