Default HELP! Something wrong with my tire

Hi, I went off roading today and got pretty crazy in my '95 Dakota 4X4. Anyways, Afterwards, I noticed a little more shaking and later on that night there was a pretty loud shim in the front. I thought i might have knocked something out of alignment but i realized it sounded like the tire. I seem to recall a term "mud in the tires", but don't know what it is, could someone clarify this for me?? Also any solutions? Thanks a bunch. [:@]

Sounds like you either have something wrong with the wheel bearing, there is mud and rocks in your tire tread, or somehow there is crap rolling around inside the tire causing it to be unbalenced

Are any of these serious? I wish there was something more I could do, I can't even give it a proper washing right now because its so cold out, it's kind of frustrating. Are there any solutions I could try? Please get back to me.
