Default I quickly need your help(need to identify a part)

Hi everybody. I really need your help with identifying a part shown on the picture located on the following address>
http://www.zone.ee/jaanica/intrepid.JPG

The thing is that recently my 1994 3.3L Intrepid has been having starting problems and i could smell an awful gasoline smell around the car.
Well, just now i discovered what was wrong.
As i looked around under my hood, i discovered that gasoline was dripping out from under that part surrounded with the red circle. This thing sits into that hole shown with an arrow and is fastened with a bracket.
I first thought that maybe the bracket bolt needed to be fastened a bit more, bot no, still the leak continued no matter how much i fastened it.

So i guess i need to buy a need piece as the seals(it has two rubber seals running around it) must be bad because it sits too loosly into that whole.
I know that it is connected to the injector. It could be a fuel pressure regulator, or something.
