Default Transmission Nightmare!

Just the other day, I replaced the drive shaft on the driver side, after litterally shattering my old drive shaft. The install went well, and took about 40 minutes. Yesterday morning I noticed transmission fluid SPOTS on my driveway... I considered this to be just the old transmission fluid that was still on the underbelly of my car. I took it to a quick car wash, and brought her home. This morning I noticed, not SPOTS, but a whole pool of transmission fluid under my car. A little curious to know where this is coming from, and why all of a sudden it's showing up..

Any help?

Is it a 5-spd or auto??

Sounds like your output seal took a dump.....

If the seal is bad, it will be wet with trans fluid/oil

I have an automatic transmission... I'll be in the field of purchasing a new/used one, because this one just went out.
