Default Mopar stage 1, 2, and 3 - help!

i know this may sound stupid, but i really dont know because ive heard different things - are stages 2 and 3 of the mopar upgrade kit street legal? i know stage 1 is, but on the mopar site, it said stage 2 and 3 were "Not legal for sale on pollution-controlled vehicles or vehicles registered for highway use." maybe i don't quite understand what they mean by this, or maybe it was a misprint! PLEASE TELL ME!! I MUST KNOW!!

well techincally, no they're not. none of the stages are carb approved, and none have gone through emissions testing to qualify as an emissions legal product. that doesn't mean that you won't pass emissions, because you will, just that the epa hasn't put it's stamp of approval on it.

I have a question about the stage 2 that has been buggin me for a while.I had the stage 2 put in a few weeks ago and now the w/washer tank will only fill about half way before it starts leaking out.I looked as best i can and it looks like it's coming out of a little valve looking thing.i was wondering if anyone else with the stage 2 w/turbo toys has the same problem and why it does it.I can only get about half a gallon of water in the tank b4 it starts leaking out the rest.So it's a real pain filling it up about once a week,so if it's the dealers fault i'll have them fix it.

you probably just need to put some more sealant on the part that's leaking. a little silicone and you should be good to go.
