OK, this isn't specifically a dodge, but...
There's a guy in St. Clair Shores selling a low-mileage 95 New Yorker for a pretty decent price. Only thing he says is wrong with it is occasionally it hesitates to take off, and if you shift into neutral then back into drive it starts behaving normally. He says he took it to a tranny shop and they found no problem. I toggled the key and it flashed "5-5" for no trouble codes stored. He thinks it is a controller issue rather than a mechanical issue since the shop found no problems.
Does this sound like anything you are familiar with? Sound like nothing to worry about, or sound like a car to be avoided?
