i just wanted to know if anyone knows if you can paint on an intercooler i dont mean the whole thing just like words? like on the spearco monster intercooler or the Greddy just wanted to know

I painted the entire front of my intercooler flat black using header paint. You can also use radiator paint (I wanted flat black and radiator paint was only available in gloss and semi-gloss).

Yes. In fact, the older Mopar turbo cars that were intercooled came from the factory with their intercoolers painted black.
