Can i put dohc heads to a sohc??

I have a sohc but a want to make it dohc, the pistons and conecting rods are the same??
do i have to change the harnessss and the computer??

Physically the heads will fit, but they will not work. The SOHC and DOHC blocks have different water passages and do not line up from one to the other. You would need to change the ECU, but I am not sure about the wiring harness.
