94 Intrepid Fuel Filter

Looking at changing the fuel filter but I am unable to determine how the fittings come off. There are no clamps, nothing I can see that allows easy removal. Any suggestions?

I am going to change my fuel filter tomorrow morning. Let me know if you were able to disconnect the filter and let me know how it was done.
