Default 02 sensor and aftermarket exhaust

I still havent got an exhaust on my truck and now can finally afford it. I would like to get rid of the cat but i have an o2 sensor b4 it and directly after it. How would you guys handle this? An 02 sensor simulator? I got over 70k and It sounding like my ****s clogged.

you will want to check out Magnaflow. They offer a high-flow cat that is more like 2 cats welded together. the unique feature about this is it has 2 o2 sensors built right in that piggy-back into one plug for the stock harness. This will allow you to run a high-flow cat AND run a 'tru-dual' exhaust set up. very cool.

UPDATE: I decided to do something different from what I have seen before, or at least locally. I got the Magnaflow one in two out and I have it dumping in front of the right rear well..dual chrome tips.looks really really clean. Now I wanna chop the cat.. But again guys, Im trying to not spend alot of $$$$. I paid like 340 or so for my exhaust already, which is the best I found in town believe it or not. Now Im looking to get a 02 simulator for a reasonable cost....the magnaflow cat is is little too much. THNX for ur help Mike and to anyone else who wants to chime in.

I hate these computer setups...what happened to being able to clear the cats right out of the honeycomb and running away with it

I want to see if there is a way you can run a REAL basic computer system on these engines... such as the 4.7 where as the computer has one main purpose...put fuel into the cylinder and keep the air:fuel mixture right... theres no need for these computers to put your check engine light on because of the o2 sensors sensing that it's off by the SMALLEST percent or that your gas cap isn't locked in 3 times...a problem with all 04 Dakotas ...mostly 3.7's... But this computer craze has gotten ridiculous.
