Ok here it is after alot of searching I finally got my truck on the dyno for 2 runs and here r the results
1. HP 146.0 Torque 211.3
2. HP 144.5 Torque 208.1
OUTSIDE TEMP 88 DEGREES with 90% humidity.
Now I can t wait to get my headers and programmer!!!!!!!
BTW thats ONLY 4 HP DIFF FORM AN R/T ACCORDING TO AN ARTICLE I READ. If you dont bieleve me here is the article about the
R/T going up against a lightning http://trucktrend.com/roadtests/pick...un/index4.html COULD A V6 BE A STOCK R/T KILLER LOL?????????

Whoa, I didn't realize the r/ts lost that much power. Thats sad.

But what if the hokey pokey really is what its all about?
regular chassis dyno. What other kind of dyno's are there besides a basic engine dyno?

Well there are different chassis dynos, mustang, dynojet, dynapak, etc. and each one seems to measure differently. Dyno numbers can only really be used as a comparison on the same dyno.
dynojet, but cmon man the mag said it lost alot of power and published it at 150 for an R/T. Let me guess u drive an R/t right, just jokin I just found it strange.

Nope, but I do drive a 5.9 quad cab. My Ram put 180/260-ish to the ground on a Mustang, but that's through a 3-speed auto and 35" tires before I replaced the failing torque converter. The ram does have after market carb, intake manifold, cam, headers, no cats from the factory, and a flowmaster with custom bent 3" pipe. I actually think the Ram is faster than my Dakota though, so who knows, maybe that is accurate. The stock exhaust is the worst I've seen in quite some time so when I save some money you better bet that'll be the first thing to get done.

3.9 V6 mods at the dyno pull were airaid intake, TB spacer, 40 series single in single out. Now I have the programmer in it and this weekend headers will be going on it for even bigger gains. Although looking back I must admit it does sound strange that an R/T puts only 150 to the wheels, however thats what the article says.

Well even though im talking out my rear cuz im only hoping to get a dakota, if this 150hp is true forget it, thats a damn R/t 5.9L what the heck is up with those numbers, if that 3.9 is pushing 145 with some mods then damn a r/t is an overated pussswaa overkilling gas gussler!! LIke i said im not even a dak owner but i do like the trucks potential (factory is just str8 up a cheap trick). But they have true potential exterior wise, but im not liking those hp number at all!!! But kepp in mind that truck had an AUTO NAd auto's tend to lose alot more power to the wheels than a standard tran.
