hello, i'm new here...so i'm hoping you kind people will be able to help me.. my daughter drove her 1992 dodge stealth sohc, car to college with no problems... she went to come home that night and the car just spins over but won't start ... the car had a new timing belt ,hoses, belts ,complete tuneup, oil change ,transmission screen put in about 3000 miles ago...i did a compression check..everything was between 130 -145 ... their is a new symbol lite up in the dashes gage cluster...it looks like the capital building but yellow...far right at the bottom...i have no clue what this is..the car has always been reliable and takin car of... their is no fire to the coil or the plugs..i hope someone else had this problem and can tell me what this is...she really doesn't have a lot of money to just throw at it since she needs her funds for college...i really hate to get rid of this car, she loves it..

The "little capitol building" is the low coolant indicator.

I am not well versed in how the SOHC's work, so, good luck.
